1. Orders and Custom Work

• All orders are custom and made to your specifications. We require written confirmation (via email or contact form) of your order details before production begins.
• A final quote will be provided before any payment is processed. Work does not begin until the order and payment are confirmed.
• Because all items are custom-made, we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property

• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any logos, images, or designs you submit to us for embroidery. She's Sew and Sew and More is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided artwork.
• Our original designs — including the Pearls with Purpose and Pearls & Denim collection — are the intellectual property of She's Sew and Sew and More and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be confirmed with each order. We reserve the right to require full or partial payment prior to beginning production.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are honored for orders confirmed within the quote validity period.

4. Turnaround Time

• Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays due to material availability, shipping, or high order volume will be communicated promptly.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Contact us to inquire.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, She's Sew and Sew and More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
